Legal
Service Terms
A plain-language overview of what to expect when you work with us. These terms are a draft and should be finalized with legal review before launch.
Draft for review. These terms are a starting point and have not been reviewed by an attorney. Please have them reviewed and finalized before relying on them.
Pricing and estimates
For business website work, our current pricing is a $500 one-time website build and $50/month for optional Website Care. Custom software and automation are quoted per project. Residential tech-support pricing is being finalized; we’ll always confirm the cost with you before beginning any billable work.
Scope of service
We provide the technology services described on this website. We don’t take on work outside our expertise or that requires specialized licensing — for example, electrical work requiring a licensed electrician, advanced forensic data recovery, complex board-level electronics repair, or enterprise IT administration beyond our stated scope. If your need falls outside what we do, we’ll tell you and try to point you in the right direction.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information and reasonable access needed to complete the work. Keep your own backups of important data where possible — while we take care, technology carries inherent risk and we can’t guarantee against data loss.
Domain and website ownership
For website projects, your business owns and pays for its own domain name, and it remains under your ownership and control. We handle connecting it and the technical setup.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed as part of each project or service. Recurring services like Website Care are billed monthly and can be discussed and adjusted with us directly.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The version on this page is the current one.
